Who is my favorite celebrity and why…..

Biography

1984–2006: Early life and career beginnings

Katheryn Elizabeth Hudson (born October 25, 1984), better known by her stage name Katy Perry, is an American singer-songwriter. Born in Santa Barbara, California, and raised by Christianpastor parents. After earning a GED during her freshman year of high school, she began to pursue a career in music. As Katy Hudson, she released a self-titled gospel album in 2001, which due to the closing of her record label, was deemed unsuccessful.
Perry was incorporated into her parents' ministry and sang in their church between the ages of nine and seventeen. She grew up listening to gospel music, was not allowed to listen to what her mother called "secular music", and attended Christian schools and camps. Perry initially started singing "because she was at that point in her childhood where she was copycatting her sister and everything she would do."

Why I choose Katy Perry????????
I choose Katy Perry because her very beautiful and I like her styles. Perry is known for her unconventional style of dress. She defines her fashion style as "a bit of a concoction of different things". She classy, cute girl and she can be pretty if she’s all fixed up, I guess. Her wonderful taste in fashion, its daring but not too crazy.
I’m listening to some of her new music right now. Her new album is very good. Her songs are very fun and she has great vocals. I personally like her music and she seems quite nice. I have listed what I think are the seven (7) best Katy Perry songs from her first two albums and I always listen my personal favorites from her songs such as E.T, Hot N Cold, California Gurls, Firework, Teenage Dream, I Kissed A Girl, Working Up In Vegas and so on. Katy Perry is my idol......!!!!!!! Love Katy Perry..

Why am I nervous in front of public and how do I over come it…..

In this blog I want to talk about why do I feel nervous in front of public and how I overcome the nervousness. Firstly, because I afraid to use English in public and I have broken English, so that make me feel not so comfortable to speak English in public, so that make me very nervous when to speak in front public especially in presentation.
Secondly, I think maybe I nervous when in front public is because I feel very shine and

scared want to talk, especially in English, but if I  speak in Malay maybe not so nervous. In other case maybe I feel not comfortable when I stand in front of public, because them always watching me, and hearing what I want to says.
Thirdly, because sometimes when I try to speak properly people will staring at me in seriously. It also will be nervously and me lost my words and sometimes I cannot to talk more. I also thinking that people maybe will laugh to me when I have some mistake, example wrong words. In other reason why I feel nervous in front of public is because I not have many experience speak or give speech to audience.
So, conclusion for resolve the problems, and make me overcome the nervousness I try to practice speaking or give speech in mirror, try in front friends first, learn how to clear that feeling before give speech or presentation, try to make perfect when in front public example my appearance and anymore. So next time or when I stand in front public to give any speech or others, I will be prepared and confident.

Ways to be good in public speaking…..

Here are some simple tips that can improve in my public speaking:

1. Give voice some life  I should speak louder and softer; speak higher and lower; speed up and slow down.

2. Use appropriate volume – Match my volume to the setting. I will need less volume when speaking to a small group in a class and more volume when speaking to a large group in an auditorium.

3. Pronounce my words correctly – If I aren't sure how to say a word, I don’t use it. Be especially careful with proper nouns.

4. Use the correct words – There’s nothing that destroys my credibility as a speaker like a misused vocabulary.

5. Look at people – I’ve seen speakers stare at their notes, at the back wall, at the floor, anywhere but at those sitting in the room. Make eye contact with  listeners. Don’t stare at one person, but let my eyes work the room. Make eye contact for one point, then move on to another person for the next point.

The Advantages and Disadvantages of Social Network…..

Here are the advantages of social networking:
1) Low Costs - It's cheaper to use online social networking for both personal and business use because most of it is usually free.

2) Builds Credibility – I definitely can gain the customers' confidence if can connect to them on both a personal and professional level. Despite having to do a bit of work, it definitely pays off as I can be tapped for an offer if someone catches wind of my products or services.

3) Connections – I are friends with people who have other friends, and so on. I can do what I can and get connected with these people to form a web of connections that can give leverage.

Here are the disadvantages of social networking:
1) Lack of Anonymity - I are putting out information about my name, location, age, gender, and many other types of information that I may not want to let others know.

2) Scams and Harassment - Many sites apply certain measures to keep any of these cases of harassment, cyber-stalking, online scams, and identity theft to an absolute minimum.

3) Time Consuming - The key to social networking is that it is supposed to be fun, whether I are just doing it for kicks or clicking around for business purposes.

How do you see yourself in 5 years time…..

1) In my job - I see myself as a manager in Accounting, managing a team of employees, perfectly describes where I want to be. In five years from now, I see myself progressing in the field I've been working. I find this field extremely interesting and I can see many challenges lying ahead which I am eager to approach. In five years time, I see myself in a senior position, having more responsibilities, managing more people.

2) At the company - It’s the future, it’s hard to predict. I see myself at a company.  I have just become acquainted with may seem a habit short sighted.

3) Married, living in overseas and with many children - That if all my plans follow through, I will be well off and my children will not suffer.  I see myself five years time a very successful person and a proud mother.
